About The Role: We are looking for a passionate and committed Data Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise in data engineering to transform raw data into actionable insights, enhancing our marketing capabilities. This remote position offers you the opportunity to work on exciting projects that drive real value for our clients.
Responsibilities:
Project Ownership: Independently drive projects, taking full ownership of tasks and having the liberty to choose the best solutions.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing and Delivery teams to ensure that client projects are delivered on time and meet our high standards.
Data Analysis: Conduct comprehensive data analysis, transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights and reports.
Model Development: Develop advanced models and visualizations to optimize marketing strategies and apply innovative analytics, statistics, and machine learning techniques.
Algorithm Implementation: Implement algorithms such as classification, clustering, filtering, time-series analysis, regression, and statistical inference.
Data Transformation: Understand and apply different data transformation techniques and algorithms to support our marketing platform.
Integration: Work with software engineers to integrate new data features into our platform.
Qualifications:
Educational Background: Strong background in data engineering, data science, statistics, or a related field.
Experience: Proven track record in building data products with statistical inference and machine learning approaches such as regression analysis, classification, clustering, and predictive models.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, or similar. Experience in data extraction and processing using SQL.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
Communication: Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Data Handling: Ability to handle large datasets and perform complex data manipulations.
